A spokesperson for National Rail on Thursday afternoon said: “A fault with the signalling system at London Marylebone means that all lines running to and from this station are currently closed.
“As a result, trains may be cancelled or delayed by up to 60 minutes and major disruption is expected until 6pm.
“Customers may be entitled to compensation if you experience a delay in completing your journey today.”
