Celebrity Big Brother viewers think they have ‘worked out’ why Ella Rae Wise has really been upset in the house as they say her co-star has ‘not got the memo’.
The TOWIE star is among the famous faces to have swapped their freedom for the famous compound as the spin-off series returned earlier this month.
Ella, who revealed she had split from her co-star Dan Edgar before heading into the house last Monday (April 7), has been joined by the likes of Coronation Street star Jack P Shepherd, presenter Angellica Bell, Love Island star Chris Hughes and Olympian Daley Thompson.
But the 24-year-old has had her emotional moments while in the CBB house including as seen in Sunday night’s (April 13) episode when Mickey Rourke was reprimanded for using “sexual language” that made the The Only Way Is Essex star feel uncomfortable.
The Hollywood actor had made a sexual innuendo after Ella instructed: “You gotta come with me, mate,” during a pirate-themed shopping task.
Later in the diary room she told Big Brother: “(It) just makes me feel on edge. I don’t like the jokes, like the sexual jokes being made towards me. I’m a young girl and I’m not a piece of meat.”
In the same episode, Ella was said to have ‘had enough’ of her fellow housmates as she moaned about being tired and hungry while taking part in the task as she mentioned being on her “monthlies”.
But Celebrity Big Brother fans think there’s another reason for her upset. @TomzEvz5 said: “#CBB putting Ella and Chris into the house (clearly as a love match setup), only for Chris not to get the memo is the best thing I’ve ever seen.”
@daragh999 commented: “I get the feeling Ella kinda based her whole personality in the house on the likelihood she’d be having a showmance with Chris. It comes despite Ella quashing the possibility of a romance after admitting she doesn’t fancy Chris. “I thought I would have bonded with Chris more than I have,” Ella said to Angelica Bell during the latest episode. “I thought I would bonded with Chris the most but nah.”
The camera cut to a clip of Chris cuddling JoJo Siwa in bed, as Angelica asked: “He hasn’t really engaged with you?” to which Ella replied: “Not at all.”
Angellica then probed: “Does it make you feel a bit awkward?” Ella added: “Nah I don’t care like at all, it’s whatever, I don’t fancy him so I ain’t bothered. Do you know what I mean? But it’s just a bit strange.”
