Plus, new charging technology in the back of the Apple Watch 10 helps it reach full battery faster, and the new smartwatch has features like water sensors and sleep apnea detection. The display is also 40% brighter when viewed at an angle.

When did the Apple Watch Series 10 launch?
The Apple Watch Series 10 lineup launched on Friday, Sept. 20, 2024. That’s when the first deliveries began arriving for those who had previously preordered and when the Apple Watch Series 10 started selling in stores.

How much does the Apple Watch Series 10 cost?
The Series 10 watches start at $399 for the 42mm model, and you can upgrade to the larger 46mm model starting at $429. It’s an extra $100 if you want to add cellular connectivity.
Best Apple Watch Series 10 deals
We’ll continue to update the below list with all of the best Apple Watch Series 10 deals across all of the major retailers and carriers.
If you order the Apple Watch Series 10 from the Apple Store right now and have an older Apple Watch to trade in, you can save between $50 and $375 with trade-in credit. Those who pay with an Apple Card* will also get 3% cashback.
Amazon has quite a few Series 10 configurations that you can pick up for $50 off, which drops the basic 42mm model down to $349.
If you want the larger 46mm model, you’ll find several colors on sale for $379, a $50 discount.
Like other retailers, Best Buy is offering a $50 discount on just about every Apple Watch Series 10 configuration right now. The tech retailer also has its own trade-in program where you can save up to $150, which drops the starting price down to just $199. My Best Buy Plus and Total members also save an additional 10% when trading in.
Purchase your Apple Watch Series 10 on a new Digits Apple Watch Plus plan at T-Mobile and get $300 off a second when adding at least one new line via bill credits over 24 months.
If you’re adding a new Go5G Next line, you’ll get $101 off, which means you’re getting the cellular model for the same price as the GPS-only model.
It’s worth noting that right now, several colors are on back order.
AT&T is offering a discount of $100 on Apple smartwatches. To qualify, you have to buy the watch in installments and sign up for an eligible data plan. You’ll receive the discounts as bill credits for 36 months.
AT&T is also offering an extra discount when you bundle this offer with an iPhone 16 or iPhone 16 Pro.
Verizon is currently offering a free Apple 10 watch with the purchase of an iPhone on a qualifying 5G Unlimited plan. And you’ll have to sign up for an eligible data plan for the Series 10 as well. Verizon will provide promo credits for up to 36 months once you meet these requirements.
Verizon accepts trade-ins on the Apple Watch Series 3 or newer as well as select models from other non-Apple brands such as Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel.
